Grilled Buffalo Chicken Breasts

Grilled Buffalo Chicken Breasts

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 35 minutes


1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives
3 tablespoons of crumbles blue cheese
1/2 tablespoon of onion powder
3 ounces of light cream cheese
5 toothpicks
4 chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1 1/2 tablespoons of hot sauce

1. for stuffing, combine the cream cheese, blue cheese crumbs and the chives. Set Aside

2. Remove skin from chicken. Seaon chicken with onion powder. Make a groove in each chicken piece by slicing the chicken horizontally from one side to the other. Use a spoon to add the stuffing into the pockets. Secure the openings with toothpicks.

3. Combine the melted butter and hot sauce

4. Preheat the grill to a medium temperature, and then grill the chicken using the bone side up, uncovered for about 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink (165F - 170F). Turn the chicken once and brush occasionally with the hot sauce / butter mixture. Garnish with the chives and then enjoy.

Serves: 4 (approximately)
